All refund and rescheduling requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. RCD Precision Vision LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds if policies have not been followed or if misuse of the service is determined. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.

Refund Policy
RCD Precision Vision LLC strives to deliver exceptional photography services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

Service Quality Issues:

If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables due to technical errors or service issues, please contact us within 5 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to correct or replace the content.

No-Show Policy:

If the client is not present or the property is inaccessible at the scheduled time, the session is non-refundable unless prior arrangements were made.

Force Majeure:

RCD Precision Vision LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies).
